My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious with minimal noise, offering a comfortable retreat amidst the Western Ghats. Service was a bit slow during check-in, but the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location, though a bit far from the airport, was convenient for exploring the city. Dining options were decent, ensuring a satisfactory culinary experience.
The hotel has a bit spread out rooms but they were spic and span. The service was very courteous and caring, and the location was great with 3 restaurants on the premises. The dining experience was the highlight of this place, although it was not up to the mark considering the price charged.
